[Problem] To provide a perspiration alleviation device with which it is possible to rapidly, safely, and easily carry out destruction of sweat glands by a supply of thermal energy, and to efficaciously alleviate excessive perspiration. [Solution] A perspiration alleviation device (1) comprises: electrode styluses (10) which tap a target tissue including a sweat gland and supply thermal energy from leading end parts (10a) a coolant member (20) further comprising a coolant part (24b) on the surface side and whereon through holes (28) are formed through which the electrode styluses (10) are capable of passing a support body (30) which movably houses the electrode styluses (10) and supports the coolant member (20) such that the electrode styluses (10) are capable of passing through the through holes (28) and a drive means (40) for making the leading end parts (10a) protrude from and fall behind the coolant part (24b) by extending and retracting the electrode styluses (10) which are passed through the through holes (28).
