The present invention discloses a new consumer product from single fruit/fruit blend fruit purees filled with fruits. This invention relates to producing a fruit product from single fruit purees or in combination with other fruit purees, and filled with single fruit pieces or in combination with other fruits. The fruits are cut into dimensions of from 0.125mm to 3.0mm to obtain the fruit puree. The puree is deaerated, heated and filled in containers along with the fruit solids. The package is then pasteurized and cooled to preserve the product and achieve stability on storage.
