PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-mounted type device for cooling by vaporization latent heat by steam generated by reduced-pressure boiling, and to make individual cooling simple. A container in close contact with the body surface is filled with liquid, and the container is depressurized with a vacuum pump, whereby the liquid boils and evaporates by heating at about body temperature. The body is cooled by the latent heat of vaporization. The discharged gas is cooled and liquefied by the liquefying means and collected in a collection container. Furthermore, by assembling the Peltier element to the container, the container can be heated, and a cooling function by the Peltier effect is further added. A reservoir capable of supplying additional liquid to the container further increases the cooling capacity. In addition, a cooling effect is exhibited when used in combination with a cold pack. These containers, vacuum pumps, etc. are attached in close contact with necessary parts of the body with belts, jackets, and the like.
