The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing a planter, comprising: a humidity detection unit which detects a humidity of soil inside a planter to generate a humidity detection signal of the corresponding state； a temperature detection unit which detects a temperature around the planter to generate a temperature detection signal of the corresponding state； a light intensity detection unit which detects an intensity of light irradiated to the planter to generate a light intensity detection signal of the corresponding state； a planter management unit which uses the detection signals generated from the humidity detection unit, the temperature detection unit, and the light intensity detection unit to determine and externally generate current humidity, current temperature, and current light intensity of the planter, and receives a control signal corresponding to the externally transmitted current humidity, current temperature, and current light intensity to generate a driving signal corresponding to the control signal； a light irradiation unit which is operated according to the driving signal transmitted from the planter management unit to supply light to the planter and increase the temperature around the planter； a water supply unit which is operated according to the driving signal transmitted from the planter management unit to increase a moisture level of the planter； and a water tank which supplies water to the planter by pumping water stored therein through a water supply tube by an operation of the water supply unit.본 발명은 화분 관리 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 화분 관리 장치는 화분의 재배토의 습도를 감지하여 해당 상태의 습도 감지 신호를 출력하는 습도 감지부, 화분 주변의 온도를 감지하여 해당 상태의 온도 감지 신호를 출력하는 온도 감지부, 화분으로 조사되는 빛의 양을 감지하여 해당 상태의 광량 감지 신호를 출력하는 광량 감지부, 습도 감지부, 온도 감지부 및 광량 감지부에서 출력되는 감지 신호를 이용하여 화분의 현재 습도, 현재 온도 및 현재 광량을 판정하여 외부로 출력하고, 외부로 전송된 상기 현재 습도, 현재 온도 및 현재 광량에 대응하는 제어 신호를 전송 받아 상기 제어 신호에 대응하는 구동 신호를 출력하는 화분 관리부, 화분 관리부로부터 인가되는 구동 신호에 따라 동작하여 화분에 빛을 공급하고 주변 온도를 증가시키는 빛 조사부, 화분 관리부로부터 인가되는 구동 신호에 따라 동작
