PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horny plug removing cosmetic developing low irritancy while keeping excellent horny plug-removing effect.SOLUTION: The gel cosmetic contains (1) a 6-20C dibasic acid diester and (2) spherical polyethylene powder.
