PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight floating structure having corrosion resistance against seawater, flexibility and resistance against pitching or rolling of the sea surface, effectively used for culturing oysters, as a live-box for fishery or as a floating pier for ships.SOLUTION: The floating structure 30 has upper parallel log lines 13 disposed above lower parallel log lines 12. A lattice-like shape is formed in the floating structure by fixing intersecting positions of the upper and lower logs with iron wires or other log connectors, and floats 2 are suspended from the lattice-shaped logs 1.
