FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of the inventions relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied for intraoperative prevention of postoperative inflammation of eye tissues and edema of cornea in the course of energy extraction of solid cataract. In first version in the course of phacoemulsification of solid cataract optic-fibre LED, fastened near chopper base and connected to generator of helium-neon laser irradiation, is preliminarily passed in channel of irrigation chopper. Radiation wavelength is 0.63 mcm, power is 5 mWt. After akinesia and anesthesia 1.2 mm paracentesis of cornea is carried out. Prepared chopper is introduced through paracentesis. Simultaneously with the main stage of crystalline lens core destruction irradiation of eye tissues is carried out for 1-10 min. In second version in the course of phacoemulsification of solid cataract optic-fibre LED, connected to generator of helium-neon irradiation, with wavelength 0.63 mcm, power 5 mWt is preliminarily fixed on operational microscope at 14-16 cm distance from operational filed. Simultaneously with main stage of crystalline lens core destruction irradiation of eye tissues is carried out for 1-10 min.EFFECT: group of the inventions ensures prevention of postoperative inflammation of eye tissues and cornea edema due to laser influence on all tissues of front segment of eye at early posttraumatic phase of alteration.2 cl, 6 exГруппа изобретений относится к медицине, а именно к офтальмологии, и может быть использована для интраоперационной профилактики послеоперационного воспаления тканей глаза и отека роговицы в ходе энергетической экстракции твердой катаракты. В первом варианте в ходе факоэмульсификации твердой катаракты предварительно в канал ирригационного чоппера проводят оптоволоконный световод, закрепленный у основания чоппера и подключенный к генератору гелий-неонового лазерного излучения. Длина волны излучения 0,63 мкм, мощность 5 мВт. После акинезии и анестезии выполняют пара
