The present invention relates to a crystallization method of flomoxef sodium used among oxacephem-based antibiotics, comprising the steps of: dissolving flomoxef acid in a solvent reacting organic or inorganic sodium salts by adding a dissolved solution cooling a reaction solution and crystallizing flomoxef sodium. According to the present invention, flomoxef sodium is manufactured by the crystallization method, compare to a freeze-drying method which is time consuming and expensive.
