PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that low combustion efficiency during night time has large effect on fuel consumption or product quality because good quality tencha is often manufactured from spring to early summer and it is often to pick up tea leaf in a field during day time and tea make during night time.SOLUTION: There is provided a tencha furnace which is constituted by a smoke passage 14 for introducing combustion air, air permeable endless carriers 32 and 33 arranged on the smoke passage 14, dry rooms 11 and 21 covering them and a combustion part 16 producing the combustion air as well as a piping for introducing a part of air in the dry rooms 11 and 12 to an air inlet of the combustion part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】良質な碾茶は、春から初夏に製造することが多く、昼間に畑で茶葉を摘採し、夜間に製茶をすることが多いため、夜間の燃焼効率が低いのは、燃費や製品の出来に大きく影響するという問題があった。【解決手段】燃焼空気を導入する煙道14と、煙道14上に備えた通気性の無端輸送体32,33と、これらを覆う乾燥室11,21と、前記燃焼空気を生成する燃焼部16とから構成すると、ともに、乾燥室11,12内の空気の一部を、燃焼部16の給気口へ導入する配管を設ける碾茶炉。【選択図】図3
