The present invention relates to a diaper divided into three stages of a urine exchange pad, an excrement exchange pad, and an outer diaper. The diaper is formed of three stages to reduce exchange of the outer diaper, and induce exchange of an inner diaper. The diaper has three stages of the excrement exchange pad, the urine exchange pad, and the outer diaper.
