The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermentation product of lotus by using rice powder, water, and a lotus leaf to prepare a lotus flower material, crushing the lotus flower material, mixing a lotus flower material with a lotus extract and preparing a mixture, covering the mixture with a lotus leaf and fermenting the same. Additionally, the present invention relates to a fermentation product of lotus acquired through the manufacturing method, and a cosmetic material composition including the same. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a fermentation product of lotus, a fermentation product acquired through the manufacturing method, and a cosmetic material composition including the same can perform balanced fermentation, because not one germ concentrated growth but growth of various germs progresses.
