A lower body electrical muscle stimulation exercise system for exercising the legs of a paralyzed user which incorporates electrical stimulation of leg muscles. The device is portable, light-weight and functional. The device is placed in front of a user who is sitting in a chair. The users legs may be placed on moveable leg supports. An electric motor rotates a bicycle crank assembly which moves the legs of a user in a back and forth bending motion. Electrical stimulation is then activated which contracts or relaxes the leg muscles. The stimulation is sequentially activated by a Master Processor and a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator (TENS) unit. The present invention is designed to stop the deterioration of the leg muscles and restore the functionality of the legs.
