Also provided is a method of identifying the non-coded RNA of in-vivo pathogen sources. The invention also provided a pharmaceutical composition containing an inhibitor for specifically inhibiting or blocking a RNA sequence and a method to treat a pathogen infectious disease or parasitic disease by administering an inhibitor, which inhibits a non-coding RNA sequence derived from a pathogen in the body of an animal, to an animal subject in need thereof.
