Disclosed is a method for producing crops and algae using polluted water and wastewater. Crops can be produced by using a nutrient solution inserted with external nutrients to a product, after removing solids inside polluted water and wastewater and removing residual organic substances. Algae can be produced by using the nutrient solution used in crop production, and byproducts in the process are collected and reused. A plant and algae can be produced by using polluted water and wastewater. In addition, production of a plant and algae can be maximized and sewage can be treated by pretreating so as to compose an optimal nutrition balance.오ㆍ폐수를 이용한 작물 및 조류 생산방법이 개시된다. 오ㆍ폐수 내의 고형물을 제거하고 잔류 유기물을 제거한 후, 그 결과물에 외부 영양소를 주입한 양액을 이용하여 작물을 생산한다. 작물의 생산에 사용된 양액을 이용하여 조류를 생산하며, 이러한 과정에서의 부산물을 회수하여 재사용한다. 오ㆍ폐수를 활용하여 식물 및 조류를 생산할 수 있고, 이때 최적의 영양균형이 조성될 수 있도록 전처리하여 식물 및 조류의 생산을 극대화하고 동시에 하수도 처리할 수 있다.
