Pharmaceutical composition with fixed quantities of enalapril and nitrendipine, characterized in that said composition comprises (a) enalapril in the form of sodium salt and (b) nitrendipine micronized, wherein the ratio of enalapril to nitrendipine is from 4:1 to 1:8, wherein said composition is in the galenic form which includes a plastic diluting agent, preferably microcrystalline cellulose, a fragmentary diluting agent, preferably lactose, a disintegrating agent, preferable corn starch, an agglutinating agent, preferably polyvinylpyrrolidone, a wetting agent, preferably sodium lauryl-sulphate, and a lubricating agent, preferably magnesium stearate.
