A condenser lens (75) is installed at one side of the laser diode(s) (71) and collects laser radiated by the laser diode(s) (71). A connecting pipe (77) is included which has a plurality of optical fibres (77f) and has one end connected to the casing (70) in order to allow the laser passing through the condenser lens (75) and through the connecting pipe (77). An elastic pad (30) is attached to the inner side of the cap (10) and is connected with the other end of the connecting pipe (77) such that the optical fibres (77f) are disposed in the elastic pad (30). Brush hairs (79) protrude from one side of the elastic pad (30) to contact the users scalp and each have one end connected to the fibres (77f) to radiate laser.
