The laser 25 hair-loss treatment device according to the presentinvention is beneficial in that it can activate hair-root cells in a complex fashion through thermal stimulation using a heat-emitting element and physical stimulation using a vibrational element and optical-pulse stimulation 5 for a laser diode on the scalp of the wearer, and thereby promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.
