The present invention relates to a spring arm of a laser treatment apparatus and a laser treatment apparatus including the same. The spring arm includes: a mast having one end mounted on a main body and a laser moving path therein； an arm connected to the other end of the mast, having a laser moving path therein, and capable of rotating in an upper and lower direction around a connection unit connected to the mast； an arm support rotating around the connection unit and having one side to support the arm around the connection unit； a support link including an elastic part support unit with the other end configured to be extended to predetermined length； and the elastic part having one side connected to one point of the elastic part support unit and the other side connected to the mast for transferring different support force to the arm according to rotational angle in the vertical direction of the arm. The present invention provides the spring arm of a laser treatment apparatus and the laser treatment apparatus including the same, which can provide proper support force according to changes in the center of gravity of the link at an initial high angle and a low angle during use depending on the rotational angle, thereby being able to reduce fatigue of a user and enhance accuracy when used.본 발명은, 일단이 본체에 마운트 되며, 내측으로 레이저의 이동경로가 형성되는 마스트, 마스트의 타단에 연결되며, 내측으로 레이저의 이동경로가 형성되며, 마스트와 연결된 연결부를 중심으로 상하방향으로 회전운동 가능하도록 구성되는 암, 연결부를 중심으로 회전하며, 연결부를 중심으로 일측은 암을 지지할 수 있도록 구성되는 암 지지부, 타측은 소정길이로 연장되어 구성되는 탄성부 지지부를 포함하는 지지 링크 및 암이 수직방향의 회전각에 따라 다른 지지력을 암에 전달할 수 있도록 일측이 탄성부 지지부의 일 지점과 연결되며, 타측은 마스트와 연결되는 탄성부를 포함하는 레이저 치료장치의 스프링 암 및 이를 포함하는 레이저 치료장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 레이저 치료장치의 스프링 암 및 이를 포함하는 레이저 치료장치는 회전각에 따라 초기 고각 및 사용중 저각일 때에 링크의 무게중심 변화에 따라 적절한 지지력을 제공할 수 있으므로 사용자의 피로도를 줄일 수 있으며, 사용시 정확도가 향상되는 효과가 있다.
