The present invention relates to development of a fogging agent using glycol ethers for facilitating fogging processing without a phenomenon of clogging a carburetor nozzle in an electric fogging device and providing solubility and a cleaning ability. The fogging agent is eco-friendly and labor saving in an agricultural field, and does not cause decomposition of a crop protective component. The fogging agent comprises: 40-90 wt% of a composition including the glycol ethers (P-series) having the cleaning ability and solubility as a predominant material； 10-50 wt% of glycol for assisting fogging generation, that is triethylene glycol, mono-propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,2-bytylene glycol, and glycerin； 0-20 wt% of ethanol for assisting fluidity of the composition； and ion purified water for the rest.
