PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a tri-substituted glycerol compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for production of a pharmaceutical preparation for prevention and/or treatment of radiation injuries, and to provide an in vitro corresponding method being used for preventing or treating radiation damage or injuries in one or more cells, the in vitro corresponding method including the step of bringing the cells into contact with the pharmaceutical preparation.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation for prevention and/or treatment of radiation damage or injuries due to neutron irradiation includes a tri-substituted glycerol compound, an enantiomer thereof, a diastereomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
