A method of manufacturing cosmetic products containing extracts of Nelumbo nucifera leaves of the present invention comprises the steps of: heating an aqueous-phase A up to a temperature of 80°C adding and dispensing a viscosity increasing agents-phase B in the aqueous-phase A to produce a first composition heating an oil-phase C up to a temperature of 80°C and emulsifying and mixing the same with the first composition to produce a second composition cooling the second composition up to a temperature of 45°C, adding a phase D to the second composition to produce a third composition and then emulsifying the same secondarily cooling continuously the third composition up to a temperature of 30 °C and adding purified water, sodium hyaluronate, biosaccharide gum-1, and the extracts of Nelumbo nucifera leaves to the third composition.
