PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder supporter appliance preventing pain in attaching/detaching and position slippage during sleep, enabling expecting continuous wearing of a patient, and easy to produce/process.SOLUTION: A shoulder supporter appliance comprises a soft planar member integrally including a back face base material part and a pair of chest surface connection parts. The back face base material part covers the right and left blade bone parts of a human body back face and includes a pad storage pocket in a blade bone equivalent part. The pair of chest surface connection parts include connection bands extended from the top edge of the back face base material part and expanded at the tip of a chest surface extension part. There is included attachable/detachable connection means between the pair of connection bands, and between each of the connection bands and the back face base material part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
