The invention discloses a method of breeding germinable transgenic broadleavedtreespecies. The method comprises the following steps: (1) The main stem of a treeis cutoff atthe height of 50-160 cm above the ground; (2) The transection is dipped with0.3-0.5 OD600 ofa suspension of recombinant agrobacterium containing exogenous target genesfor 3 minutesto 24 hours; (3) Selective breeding is performed on the third day afterinfection by dipping thetransection infected by recombinant agrobacterim in step 2 with antibioticshaving lethaleffect on the agrobacterium every other 1-2 days to obtain transgenicregeneration plants. Inthe practical application, the method will have the following active effects:(1) it acceleratesthe transfer of good exogenous genes to germinable tree species, particularlypoplar andfacilitates the improvement of varieties thereof; (2) it provides a new way ofasexualpropagation of germinable broadleaved tree species and increases theproductivity and thelevel of intensive cultivation of germinable broadleaved tree species, so itcan be used to solvethe ecological problems such as vegetation restoration and to meet therequirement of themarket for wood.
