The present invention relates to mixtures containing high concentration of entecavir and a method for manufacturing the same. The mixtures containing high concentration of entecavir according to the present invention can contain entecavir, exceeding the intrinsic solubility thereof, in concentration of 5 mg/mL or more, and the mixtures neither increase the viscosity nor form bubbles by addition of a solubilizer and shows stable dissolution rate, and maintains the solubility and stability even during long term storage, thereby easily taking the exact amount of medicine using a simple metered oral dose dispensing device in case of the present invention that markedly reduces a single dosage so as to take less than 0.5 mL of the mixtures. Also, a plenty of dosage can be easily carried as occasion demands.
