The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a medical needle and a needle manufactured by the method and, more specifically, to a medical needle which is manufactured in press molding process like shaping, bending and curving plate materials of sheets in a simple manner and has good manufacturing productivity. The medical needle comprises a cone shaped insertion part (15) without a cut surface formed on the upper end of a cylindrical body part (10) like an existing needle and through holes (13) formed on the other side of the insertion part, thereby enabling the needle to be inserted into tissues without tearing skin or cutting nerve or muscle compared with inserting the needle in an existing process.
