PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing/disinfecting device capable of washing/disinfecting an endoscope with difference in the position of a cap or in the shape of a control part, etc. as well as an endoscope corresponding to an automatic washing/disinfecting mechanism inside an endoscopic duct.
SOLUTION: The endoscope washing/disinfecting device 1 comprises a device body 2 and a washing adapter. The device body 2 comprises a fluid feeding unit 9a which permits automatic connection of nozzles 9b and 9c to the cap of the endoscopic duct of the endoscope 20 disposed inside a washing tub 4, and the fluid feeding nozzle 9b. The washing adapter permits washing of the endoscopic duct of an endoscope having a cord, which is not correspondent to the mechanism of automatically attaching the nozzles 9b and 9c, via the fluid feeding unit 9a when the endoscope disposed in the washing tub 4 is discriminated as the endoscope 20 corresponding to the mechanism of automatically attaching the nozzles 9b and 9c or not.
