PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure that removes water from various supply nozzles to be connected with the mouthpieces of various ducts of an endoscope, and also prevents the entrance of water into the mouthpiece of its water leakage detection duct.
SOLUTION: An endoscope cleaning and sterilizing device 2 comprises a first fluid supply unit 50 having a water leakage detection nozzle 54 and a plurality of fluid supply nozzles 51 to 53 to supply fluid to the internal ducts, a movement mechanism 98, a fluid supply section, water removal means (100 to 104) to remove the fluid attached to the water leakage detection nozzle 54 or the plurality of fluid supply nozzles 51 to 53, and a control section 105 that controls the driving of a water removal means to remove the fluid attached to the water leakage detection nozzle 54 or any of the nozzles 51 to 53 when the fluid supply unit 50 has moved to a position of breakaway from the duct installation section 23 by the control of the movement mechanism 98.
