PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap sterilizing device, a content filling system, a cap sterilizing method and a content filling method capable of increasing the cap conveyance speed.SOLUTION: A cap sterilizing device 50 includes a sterilizing agent spraying wheel 41 and an air rinse wheel 42. The sterilizing agent spraying wheel 41 conveys a cap 33 while rotating, and also sprays the sterilizing agent onto the cap 33 being conveyed.
