PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently sterilize a pouch with a spout whose opening is closed by a stopper before filling the contents, and to enable long-term storage of the filled contents. A content filling method and a content filling device are provided. SOLUTION: When filling a pouch with a spout 100 with contents, a pouch with a spout 100 in which the opening of the spout 120 is closed by a stopper 130 and before filling with the contents is prepared, and the pouch 100 with a spout is prepared in a sterile chamber 10. After sterilizing the entire outer surface of the pouch 100, the portion of the pouch 100 with a spout containing the stopper 130 is partially sterilized in the sterile chamber 10, and the stopper 130 is removed from the spout 120 in the sterile chamber 10 to remove the contents. After filling and filling the contents, the stopper 130 was attached to the spout 120 in the sterile chamber 10.
