PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling system and a filling method increasing the kinds of content fluid capable of being filled into a container with a simple structure, and achieving reduction of material costs, manufacturing costs and production costs.SOLUTION: A filling system 10 for filling content fluid into a sterilized container includes a container molding unit 20, a filling unit 30, a container transportation path 60, and a sterilization treatment mechanism 50.
