PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing liquid filling container which can store a hydrogen-containing liquid for a long period in a state of keeping high hydrogen concentration as much as possible by the self-pressurization of hydrogen gas generated from supersaturated hydrogen water without being influenced by the dissolution of the other gases such as oxygen and the like and easily fill the hydrogen-containing liquid at a normal filling speed and to provide a filling method of the hydrogen-containing liquid.SOLUTION: In a hydrogen-containing liquid filling container 1 having a metal cap 2, a projection part 21 at the inside of the cap 2 and a metal bottle can body 3 and being filled with hydrogen-containing liquid 34, the sum of the volume of the projection part 21 and the volume of the filled hydrogen-containing liquid 34 is equal to a volume being the fully filled amount of the bottle can body 3.
