A prosthetic heart valve (100) includes a stent (102) having a collapsed condition and an expanded condition. The stent has a proximal end, a distal end and a plurality of cells (112), each cell being formed by a plurality of struts (114). A valve assembly (104) is secured to the stent and includes a cuff (106) and a plurality of leaflets (108). The plurality of leaflets are attached to the cuff adjacent an underwire (730) that extends about the perimeter of the cuff.La présente invention concerne une valve cardiaque prosthétique (100) qui comprend une endoprothèse (102) ayant un état rétracté et un état déployé.
