Novel radiotracer for positron emission tomography (PET) or single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging are described. Specifically, the invention relates to 18F-labeled afatinib suitable as a PET or SPECT tracer for imaging epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR, erbB1) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her2, erbB2), to a precursor compound for use in its synthesis, to methods for the preparation 18F-iabeled afatinib, as well as to the use thereof in in vivo diagnosis, tumor imaging or patient stratification on the basis of mutational status of EGFR (erbB1) and Her2 (erbB2).Cette invention concerne un nouveau radiotraceur pour limagerie de type tomographie par émission de positrons (PET) ou tomographie démission monophotonique (SECT). Plus spécifiquement, linvention concerne lafatinib marqué au 18F pour limagerie du récepteur du facteur de croissance épidermique (EGFR, erbB1) humain, et du récepteur 2 du facteur de croissance épidermique (Her2, erbB2) humain, un composé précurseur pouvant être utilisé pour sa synthèse, des procédés de préparation de lafabinib marqué au 18F, ainsi que son utilisation dans limagerie in vivo, limagerie des tumeurs ou la stratification des patients sur la base de létat mutationnel de lEGFR (erbB1) et de lHer2 (erbB2).
