PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and apparatus of a coating sheet is provided to efficiently utilize space by manufacturing a coating sheet of a wide width in a folded shape. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method and apparatus of a coating sheet comprises a step of continuously supplying a release sheet; a step of spreading the adhesive on one side of the release sheet; a step of drying an adhesive spread on a release sheet while transferring the release sheet; a step of continuously supplying a cylindrical raw sheet to be attached to the release sheet; a step of attaching the release sheet and the raw sheet to each other by pressing the side with adhesive spread onto the upper side of the raw sheet being continuously supplied; a step of cutting the raw sheet with the release sheet attached by a cutter at once; and a step of winding the raw sheet the one side of which is cut to a winder.
