PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus which can ensure a wide range of scan field of the spot while ensuring the degree of freedom in spot size.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus comprises: a binocular microscope having an observation optical system a light source for treatment laser light an optical fiber for guiding the laser light an irradiation optical system for irradiating a subjects eyes with the laser light, which includes a zoom optical system defining the fibers irradiating end surface to the spot in the prescribed diameter, and also a scanner for two-dimensionally scanning the spot on tissues of the subjects eyes a reflection mirror for deflecting the laser light and a control means for controlling the scanner, and scanning and irradiating spots of the treatment laser light according to a scanning pattern in which the plurality of spots are arranged in a prescribed pattern.
