The present invention relates to a laser adapter for eyesight correction surgery, including a laser beam non-irradiated region. In order to determine a position of cornea of a patient with respect to object lens of a laser, an upper part is fixated as the center thereof lies on a spot corresponding to the object lens, whereas a lower part is fixated as the center lies on a spot corresponding to the cornea of the patient. Installed in the adapter, provided are a pair of separated blocking parts which do not allow laser beam to penetrate though a refractive lens or a nonrefractive lens where the laser beam of the laser penetrates toward the bottom.본 발명은 레이저빔 비조사 영역이 만들어지는 시력 교정수술용 레이저의 어뎁터에 관한 것으로써, 개시된 발명은 레이저의 대물렌즈에 대해 피시술자의 각막 위치를 설정하기 위하여 상부는 상기 대물렌즈에 중심이 일치되어 고정되고 하부는 피시술자의 각막에 중심이 일치되어 고정되는 어뎁터에 있어서, 상기 어뎁터의 내부에 설치되어 상기 레이저의 레이저빔이 하향 투과되는 비굴절 렌즈 또는 굴절 렌즈상에 상기 레이저빔이 투과되지 않는 한 쌍의 이격된 차단부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
