The present invention relates to a fractional scanner to control a laser beam irradiation spot for a laser device for skin treatment. The fractional scanner is capable of emitting laser beams in a vertical downward direction regardless of the irradiation spot of the laser beam while freely creating patterns of the laser beam, thereby matching up a path of the light penetrating through skin and beam patterns shown on the skin surface.
