A method for producing a microstructure according to the present invention comprises the following steps: providing a patch-producing sheet (30) having a bottom layer (34) formed in an upper side thereof to be exposed； providing the patch-producing sheet (30) on a first process substrate (50) and a second process substrate (30)； providing spots of a viscous composition in a plurality of separated points on the bottom layer (34) of the patch-producing sheet (30) provided to the first process substrate (50) or provided to both the first process substrate (50) and the second process substrate (60)； making the patch-producing sheet (30) provided to the second process substrate (60) or the viscous composition forming the spots on the patch-producing sheet (30) provided to the second process substrate (60), come in contact with the viscous composition forming spots on the patch-producing sheet (30) provided to the first process substrate (50)； elongating the viscous composition by relatively moving the second process substrate (60) against the first process substrate (50), and coagulating the elongated viscous composition； and cutting the coagulated viscous composition. Process time consumed in producing the bottom layer which serves as a base on which a microneedle is produced may be remarkably reduced.본 발명에 따른 마이크로구조체 제조방법은, 상부에 바닥층(34)이 노출된 상태로 형성된 패취 제조용 시트(30)를 제공하는 단계와； 상기 패취 제조용 시트(30)를 제1 공정기판(50) 및 제2 공정기판(60) 상에 제공하는 단계와； 상기 제1 공정기판(50)에 제공된 패취 제조용 시트(30) 또는 상기 제1 공정기판(50) 및 제2 공정기판(60) 모두에 제공된 패치 제조용 시트(30)의 바닥층(34) 상의 서로 이격된 복수의 지점에 점성조성물을 스팟팅하는 단계와； 제2 공정기판(60)에 제공된 상기 패취 제조용 시트(30) 또는 제2 공정기판(60)에 제공된 패취 제조용 시트(30) 상에 스팟팅된 상기 점성조성물을 제1 공정기판(50)에 제공된 패취 제조용 시트(30) 상에 스팟팅된 상기 점성조성물에 접촉하는 단계와； 상기 제2 공정기판(60)을 상기 제1 공정기판(50)에 대하여 상대이동시켜 상기 점성조성물을 인장하고 상기 인장된 점성조성물을 응고시키는 단계와； 상기 응고된 점성조성물을 절단하는 단계를 포함한다.
