This invention addresses the issue of how to relieve stress on the spine and the body in general when sitting on an office chair or any other chair, while driving, or anywhere else where one cannot avoid sitting for lengthy periods. The invention is portable and can be used on any type of chair with a backrest, and it complements the backrest by also providing support from the front. The belt is fixed to a backrest (X) by using the opening (1) or another method, after which the user sits on the chair, presses their back to the inner layer (4B) and wraps the inner layer (2B), which holds the braces (3), over their abdomen. The user then uses the Velcro strip with hooks (6B) at the end of the belt to fasten the belt to the outer layer (2A). At the end the user uses additional straps (5, 5) to regulate the tightness and attaches them to the layer with braces (2A) with the fastening system (5B) to provide the desired tightness.
