A mist opening (3) is provided to the upper part of a front wall (1a) of the main case (1), and the mist nozzle (12) is provided within the mist opening (3). The interior of the main case (1) is divided into a front chamber (1A) and a rear chamber (1B) by a dividing wall (23), and the front chamber (1A) accommodates the tank (13).
