PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mattress with a built-in pump wherein an air supply and discharge pump can be housed within a space occupied by a conventional air mattress without damaging comfort during sleep, and the handleability of the pump, operability in nursing care and maintainability, etc., are improved.SOLUTION: The air mattress 1 with the built-in pump is provided with: a plurality of air cell groups 10 which are each configured by juxtaposing a plurality of saclike cells in the longitudinal direction of the air mattress and which are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the air mattress the air supply and discharge pump 11 and air tubes 13 which connect, with respect to at least two of the air cell groups, the air cell groups 10 and the air supply and discharge pump 11 by respectively independent systems of the respective air cell groups. All the saclike cells are shaped like a bar extending in the width direction of the air mattress 1.
