The present invention provides an extraction method of orchid extracts, which includes the following steps: using methanol to extract orchid for obtaining the orchid methanol extracts adding ethyl acetate and water for extraction to obtain the orchid ethyl acetate extracts and orchid aqueous layer extracts and adding the orchid aqueous layer extracts with N-butanol and water for extraction to obtain the orchid N-butanol extracts wherein the orchid methanol extracts, the orchid ethyl acetate extracts, or the orchid N-butanol extracts may have the effects of inhibiting tyrosinase activity and inhibiting the inflammatory effects induced and caused by LPS (lipopolysaccharide).本發明提供一種蘭花萃取物之萃取方法,其萃取方法包括:以甲醇萃取蘭花而得到蘭花甲醇萃取物,加入乙酸乙酯及水萃取而得蘭花乙酸乙酯萃取物及蘭花水層萃取物,將蘭花水層萃取物加入正丁醇及水萃取而得蘭花正丁醇萃取物;其中蘭花甲醇萃取物、蘭花乙酸乙酯萃取物、或蘭花正丁醇萃取物具有抑制酪胺酸酶的活性及抑制以LPS(lipopolysaccharide)誘導而引發的發炎反應功效。
