PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin resection implement in which an annular blade edge is prevented from being damaged even when adopting a structure of eliminating the need for a cap.SOLUTION: A skin resection implement includes a movable body 16 provided with a resection blade 17 having an annular blade edge 17a, and a holder 1 provided with an extrusion body 29 having an extruded end 31 passing through the inside of the resection blade 17 of the movable body 16. The movable body 16 is movably supported to the holder 1, and the resection blade 17 takes a storage position A with a blade edge 17a stored from a head end part 3 to the inside and a projected position with the blade edge 17a projected from the head end part 3 to the outside. In the state where the extruded end 31 matches the head end part 3, the blade edge 17a in the projected position is spaced apart from the extruded end 31 to a projecting direction XB of the resection blade 17, and the blade edge 17a in the storage position A is spaced apart from the extruded end 31 to a storage direction XA of the resection blade 17.
