PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held tool in which a lock function for preventing a function part from carelessly moving to a storage position and a projected position when discarding it after use in the various hand-held tools is effectively utilized, and a determination is easily made whether or not it is a used one.SOLUTION: A hand-held tool includes: a stopper for movably supporting a movable body 16 having a resection blade 17 to a holder 1, and having a first locking part 26 and a second locking part 27 and a guide having a first locking hole 7, a second locking hole 8, a third locking hole 9, a fourth locking hole 10 and a fifth locking hole 11. By engaging and disengaging both of the stopper and the guide, the resection blade 17 can take a storage position received in the holder 1 and a projected position projecting from the holder 1, and also can take a lock position C for inhibiting the movement to the storage position and the projected position.
