PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference of work areas and improve the work efficiency even when multiple medicine pickers perform picking operation.SOLUTION: Determination means of a medicine picking support device determines presence/absence of medicine pickers simultaneously performing medicine picking operation to pick up medicines from multiple medicine racks arranged along each of multiple paths in parallel. When determining that there are pickers simultaneously performing picking operation, selection means selects a path, a picking work direction or picking work position where there are fewer pickers simultaneously performing picking operation on the basis of the result of determination by the determination means among paths, picking work directions or picking work positions which are settable as picking objects. Then, presentation means presents a picking work procedure for a new picker on the basis of the selection result.
