PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attaching a grass cutting blade, capable of greatly reducing the time for reversing work in reversing a worn grass cutting blade.SOLUTION: A spring (25) is attached inside a housing (21) and a boss (23) is further fitted into the housing in a rotor (19), wherein both ends of a cylindrical pipe are axially supported, and wherein the cylindrical housing (21) with a through hole a (24) is fused on the circumference of the cylindrical pipe. The boss (23) has a through hole b (26) in a portion located inside the housing (21), and the boss (23) is locked by a pin (22) in such a way as linearly movable and rotatable within the housing (21).
