An aspect of the present invention provides a fermented red pepper powder containing a red pepper lactobacillus fermentation product, soy sauce and a radish lactobacillus fermentation product, and a method of manufacturing the fermented red pepper powder. To this end, the method comprises steps of: manufacturing the red pepper lactobacillus fermentation product; obtaining a mixture by adding soy sauce and the radish lactobacillus fermentation product to the red pepper lactobacillus fermentation product; and drying the mixture. In addition, an aspect of the present invention provides a fermented red pepper powder composition for fish dishes that the fermented red pepper powder composition has an excellent effect of removing fishy smell from fish and seafood dishes.
