The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to collect sediments in a fish farm, capable of collecting sediment particles, settled on the floor under the water around a fish farm, into a collection chamber through a sedimentation pipe, including the collection chamber assembled with the bottom, by erecting the sedimentation pipe on the floor under the water around the fish farm. More specifically, after the sedimentation pipe including the collection chamber is filled with salt water of 5-10 wt% concentration, the sedimentation pipe as well as a support is erected on the floor under the water around the fish farm, and then, a pipe cover is separated from the upper part of the sedimentation pipe to open the mouth of the sedimentation pipe, and in order to collect the sediment particles into the collecting chamber, a drain valve connected with the sedimentation pipe is opened in a position right above the collecting container to discharge a sedimentation inducing solution stored in the pipe to a position in which the valve is installed. As such, the present invention is capable of improving the efficiency of collection by clearly directing sediment particles into the collecting container via the surface of the sedimentation inducing solution, which is higher in specific gravity than seawater, and obtaining a more accurate sample and efficiently reusing the sedimentation inducing solution by preventing the sediment particles from being disturbed or leaked due to the overflow of the sedimentation inducing solution caused when the collecting chamber is separated.본 발명은 포집통이 하단측에 조립된 침강파이프를 거치대와 함께 양식장 주변의 수중 바닥에 수직 방향으로 직립 설치하여 양식장으로부터 수중 바닥으로 가라앉는 입자형 침강물 성분이 침강파이프를 거쳐 포집통의 내부에 모이도록 한 양식장 침강물 포집방법 및 포집장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 포집통을 포함하는 침강파이프의 내부에 5~10wt% 농도의 염수를 침강유도액으로 충진시킨 상태에서, 해당 침강파이프를 거치대와 함께 양식장 주변의 수중 바닥에 직립 설치한 다음, 침강파이프 상단의 파이프덮개를 분리하여 침강파이프의 입구를 개방시키도록 하고, 포집통으로 최종 포집된 입자퇴적물의 회수시에는 포집통의 직상부에 해당하는 위치에서 침강파이프상에 연결 설치된 배수밸브를 개방하여 침강파이프에 저장된 침강유도액을 배수밸
