Said osteosynthesis device comprises a cervico-cephalic screw (1) provided with a distal thread that can be screwed into the bone, a support (3) consisting of a plate which is suitably shaped for the attachment thereof to the bone or a centromedullary nail that can be inserted into the medullary channel, and a means (6) for locking the screw in the support, which can be moved in the support following the axis of the screw, the final positioning of the screw being variable.
