The present invention relates to a process for treating an agricultural product comprising adding a composition comprising phosphite and natamycin to the agricultural product wherein the composition preferably comprises less than 0.1 g of lignosulfonate, more preferably less than 0.1 g of polyphenol per gram of natamycin and is even more preferably free of lignosulfonate and more preferably free of polyphenol.NOVA COMPOSIÇçO ANTIFUNGICA. A presente invenção relaciona-se a um processo para o tratamento de um produto agrícola que compreende a adição de uma composição que compreende fosfito e natamicina ao produto agrícola em que a composição compreende preferivelmente menos de 0,1 g de lignosulfonato, mais preferivelmente menos de 0,1 g de polifenol, por grama de natamicina e é ainda mais preferivelmente livre de lignosulfonato e mais preferivelmente livre de polifenol.
